By subscribing to Secure Protection you accept these terms. We recommend reading them. They are written in plain language, with no confusing small print.
1. Service Description
Secure Protection is a mobile device security service including real-time antivirus, anti-phishing protection, application scanning and Wi-Fi network protection. The service is activated through direct billing to your mobile operator.
2. Subscription & Billing
The service operates on a monthly subscription basis. The amount is deducted directly from your mobile bill or prepaid balance through your operator. By confirming your subscription you authorise these recurring charges.
- The subscription renews automatically each month.
- You can cancel at any time without penalty.
- After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the already-billed period.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an SMS with the word STOP to the number shown in your activation confirmation, or through the Contact section. Cancellation is immediate and no further charges will be made from the next billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are prohibited:
- Attempting to decompile, modify or reverse-engineer the software.
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Sharing access credentials with third parties.
- Attempting to overload or interfere with the service infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
Secure Protection offers a detection rate above 99.8%, but no security system can guarantee 100% protection against all threats. We are not liable for damages resulting from undetected threats.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of service.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue the service with a minimum of 30 days' notice. In the event of substantial changes affecting price or core features, you may cancel at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text and elements of the service are the property of proteccionsegura.com or its licensors. Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights over these elements.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the user's place of residence.
