Subscription & Billing
How does the billing system work?+
The charge is applied directly to your mobile bill or prepaid balance through your operator. You don't need to enter any bank or card details. The amount is deducted automatically each month.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel at any time by sending an SMS with the word STOP to the number you received in your activation confirmation. You can also request it through the Contact section. Cancellation is immediate and no further charges will be made.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?+
No. The subscription is monthly with no lock-in period of any kind. You can cancel whenever you want at no extra cost.
Which operators is it available with?+
The service is available with the main mobile operators. Check at the time of subscription whether your operator is supported. We currently support direct billing with all major operators.
The Service & App
How do I activate protection on my phone?+
After completing your subscription you'll receive an SMS with a download or activation link. Follow the steps provided to install the protection. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
Is it compatible with Android and iOS?+
Yes. The service is compatible with Android devices (version 8.0 or higher) and iPhone (iOS 14 or higher).
Does it drain my battery or use a lot of data?+
No. The app is optimised to use less than 2% additional battery and mobile data consumption is minimal (less than 5 MB per month for threat database updates).
What should I do if the app detects a threat?+
The app automatically blocks the threat and shows you a notification with the details. In most cases you don't need to do anything else. If the threat requires your attention (for example, manually removing an app), the notification will guide you step by step.
Does protection work when I'm offline?+
Yes. The threat database is downloaded to the device, so basic protection works without an internet connection. Updates for new threats require connectivity, so we recommend keeping your connection active.
Privacy & Security
Does the app access my photos or messages?+
No. The app scans files and behaviours for threats, but never accesses the content of your photos, private messages or conversations. All analysis is performed locally on the device.
Is my data safe with you?+
Yes. We comply with GDPR and only collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell data to third parties or use it for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
After cancellation, we delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (billing data for 3 years under tax regulations).
