🚫 How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel the service you have two options:

Option 1 (fastest): Send an SMS with the text STOP to the phone number shown in your subscription confirmation message. The cancellation is processed immediately and no further charges will be made.

Option 2: Contact your mobile operator directly and request cancellation of the "Secure Protection" value-added service. The operator will process the cancellation within 24–48 hours.

How do I know if I'm subscribed?+
You will receive a confirmation SMS when your subscription is activated. You can also check it in the value-added services section of your mobile operator's account.
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?+
The already-billed period is non-refundable, but the service remains active until the end of that period. No further charges are made after that.
Are there any hidden charges?+
No. The only cost is the monthly subscription at the price shown at the time of activation. There are no cancellation fees or additional costs.
